Meet Tricia
Since 2012, I've dedicated my career to mental healthcare, starting as a registered nurse at Peachford Hospital, an inpatient psychiatric facility. Witnessing the transformative power of compassionate, evidence-based care inspired me to become a psychiatric nurse practitioner in 2019. I've since worked in diverse settings, including community health clinics and private practices, supporting individuals and families on their mental health journeys. My clinical focus includes treating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and ADHD, always with a collaborative and patient-centered approach. I prioritize creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered in your treatment. My passion for mental healthcare stems from personal experiences with the stigma of mental illness, which motivated me to help break cycles through education, advocacy, and holistic care. Nothing fulfills me more than watching patients and their loved ones heal and thrive as they reclaim their lives. With a supportive, individualized approach, I strive to foster resilience and growth in every person I serve.
