I integrate creative methods like bibliotherapy, cinematherapy, and expressive arts to help you process at your own pace. My work supports individuals facing ADHD, trauma, depression, anxiety, and other behavioral health concerns. I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Strength-Based Interventions, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
