I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience providing evidence-based therapy treatment with adolescents, children and adults. I explore ways to find the best therapy for each individual that will help him/her return to an emotional balance enabling more enjoyment in life and improving all interpersonal relationships. Most people will experience stress from time to time and while a small amount of stress can motivate us, too much or prolonged stress can be damaging to both our physical and mental health. I help each person better manage their work/life by finding solutions and gaining a different perspective as well as learning coping skills, and increase insight and awareness necessary to decrease stress, anxiety and/or depressive symptoms.
