Meet Shaughn
I am a therapist and social worker with five years of experience in Inpatient mental health working with individuals, families, and groups. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, strengths based, and client centered. I use therapeutic tools and approaches from recovery oriented cognitive therapy, family systems, cognitive behavioral therapy, SFBT, and mindfulness. I want to ensure clients have a safe space to establish a trusting therapeutic relationship in order to achieve changes they want regarding their well-being, behavior, and relationships. Most of my experience comes from working with adolescents and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, psychosis, mood disorders, and substance misuse issues.
