Meet Shaughn
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings, working with individuals, families, and groups. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and client-centered. I incorporate tools and techniques from Recovery-Oriented Cognitive Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, and mindfulness practices. I strive to provide a safe and supportive space where clients can build a trusting therapeutic relationship and work toward meaningful changes in their well-being, behavior, and relationships. My primary experience involves working with adults and adolescents facing challenges related to depression, ADHD, anxiety disorders, OCD, PTSD, and psychosis.
