Meet Rosalyn
I am a Therapist and have been providing mental health services for 3 years in outpatient and in home settings. I see Individuals, Couples, Groups, Families and I address Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Post-traumatic stress, Relationship challenges. I have a deep respect and passion to work with individuals struggling with depression / anxiety, addiction, trauma, and helping couples and families work through relationship challenges. My training is diverse. I utilize CBT and Psychodynamic when working with individuals to help them challenge and change their negative thinking and explore the root of those thoughts, most times, created in childhood. I use Gottman Level 1 to work with couples and Structural Therapy when working with families. I also do Christian Counseling for those interested in therapy from a spiritual perspective.
