Whether it's learning to cultivate healthier relationships, developing effective coping skills for depression and anxiety, or exploring the unique experiences of neurodiversity, I am humbled to join clients on their journey towards self-actualization. As a parent of a neurodivergent young adult, I have a deep understanding of the challenges and rewards that come with being on the autism spectrum, as well as the importance of finding a therapist who truly speaks your language. I am committed to providing a safe and welcoming space for all clients, where even the most difficult feelings can be explored and understood.
