Meet Priamos
My name is Priamos Williams, and I’ve worked in mental health since 2006 across office and community-based settings. After leaving a competitive business career, I followed my parents, both lifelong social workers, and committed to a more meaningful path in therapy. I support children, teens, and adults with concerns like ADHD, anxiety, anger, adjustment issues, relationship challenges, and cognitive or developmental conditions. I'm especially passionate about helping African-American youth grow in self-awareness and emotional resilience. To guide treatment, I use a wide range of techniques tailored to each person's needs. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Trauma-Informed CBT, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, Eco-Systemic Family Therapy, and the Positive Parenting Program (Triple P). My goal is to help each client build lasting habits that support personal growth and mental wellness.
