Meet Olga
My passion is helping clients manage emotions and overcome life’s challenges through a client-centered, evidence-based approach. I provide Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to support individuals in processing trauma and distressing experiences. I also incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to build skills in emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. My approach is eclectic, meaning I draw from a range of therapeutic models to tailor treatment to each person’s needs. I work collaboratively with clients to help them gain insight, build resilience, and move toward lasting change. Together, we focus on managing emotions in the present while building tools for a healthier future.
