Meet Nevida
I focus my clinical training on couples, family, and individual therapy, case management, and group counseling as needed. I have developed strategic skills in communication, parenting interventions, and family stabilization. This experience has allowed me to utilize various modalities and interventions, with a particular emphasis on family roles, generational trauma, and the unique dynamics of individuals, couples, and families in therapeutic settings. My primary goals are to help families establish positive coping mechanisms for trauma and life stressors, improve dysfunctional interpersonal relationships, and foster personal and relational growth through empathy and humility.
