Meet Natalie
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor who specializes in working with teens, adults, and older adults, with a particular focus on geriatric mental health. I address a range of concerns including ADHD, substance use concerns, adjustment disorders, anxiety, depression, grief, panic attacks, and life transitions. I am especially attentive to the unique emotional, cognitive, and life-stage challenges that can arise later in life, including loss, identity changes, and adjustment to aging. My approach is primarily client-centered and tailored to each individual’s needs. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel genuinely heard and respected. Together, we evaluate current coping strategies, develop new tools, and work toward meaningful growth and healing. I view therapy as a dedicated space for clients to be their authentic selves without judgment, while building resilience and improved well-being across the lifespan.
