I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and have been providing psychiatry services for two years in outpatient and treatment settings. I see teens, young adults, adults, and seniors and address anxiety, depression, loss, post-traumatic stress, relationship challenges, sleep disorders, substance use disorders, and traumatic disorders. Along with therapy and medication if needed, my goal is to be able to help clients overcome the issues in their life that seem to be overshadowing the persons true self. I work simultaneously with the client to find a process that fits your life style.
