Meet Michelle
I am a Therapist and have been providing mental health services for 21 years in outpatient and in home settings. I see Individuals, Couples, Groups, Families and I address ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Depression, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Grief. My specialty is with children, pre teens, teens and young adults however I enjoy working with adult as well. My therapeutic style is eclectic in nature, drawing from techniques like play and art therapy, DBT and solution focused practices. I believe that a healthy, mutually respectful therapeutic relationship is key to a successful experience for my clients. Collaboration, goal setting and positive experiences help my clients reach a healthier self!
