Meet Mandy Jay
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and have been providing mental health therapy services for 5+ years in outpatient settings. I see Individuals, Couples, Groups, and Families. Some of the matters we may address in our sessions are Substance Use Disorder (SUD), Anger Management, PTSD, Depression, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Grief and Trauma. I aspire to foster a warm and aafe therapeutic environment in order for us to build a rapport of trust as we journey together. Some of the Counseling modalities we may use are; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Internal Family Systems.
