I am a Therapist and have been providing mental health services for 7 years in outpatient and in home settings. I see Individuals, Couples, Families and I address Anxiety, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Depression, LGBTQ Identity, Post-traumatic stress. Hello, I am a kind and compassionate provider who is passionate about helping others through difficult times and Illnesses. I focus on self soothe and radical acceptance techniques as well as mindfulness, and life choices. My areas of interest include but are not limited to, trauma, personality disorders, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and LGBT+ issues. I look forward to working together.
