I am a physician assistant and have been providing mental health services for 1 years in outpatient and in home settings. I see individuals and I address autism spectrum disorder, career transitions, eating disorders, insomnia, and relationship counseling. I am a huge advocate of preventative medicine, especially as it pertains to mental health. I believe it is necessary to equip patients with tools specific to their needs so they can manage their symptoms, cope with life changes, and have an overall positive outlook on life.
