I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in working with adults navigating grief, panic attacks, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and psychoeducation. I also draw from a range of therapeutic techniques to ensure that each person receives the support and tools they need for healing and growth.
