Meet Kimberly
I am a therapist and have been providing mental health services since 2017 in outpatient and in-home settings. I work with individuals and specialize in treating adjustment disorders, anger management, anxiety, depression, and sleep-related concerns. I use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to help clients develop new skills, shift unhelpful thought patterns, and build more effective coping strategies. My approach is flexible and collaborative, adapting to each client’s needs and goals. I have a particular interest in the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and sleep-wake disorders, and I strive to help clients improve their quality of life through practical, evidence-based care.
