I am a bilingual therapist fluent in both English and Spanish, providing comprehensive mental health services since 2017. With a foundation in evidence-based modalities, I tailor my approach to each individual client, fostering a collaborative treatment plan. My expertise spans mental health therapy, crisis intervention, supported employment for those with dual diagnoses, and case management. I firmly believe in empowering clients as experts in their own lives, guiding them through their mental health journey. My experience encompasses working with adults dealing with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, self-injurious behavior, psychosis, PTSD, various personality disorders, and intellectual disabilities. I am passionate about advocacy both on an individual and systemic level. Certified in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), I equip clients with tools to navigate social relationships, manage emotions, resist self-destructive impulses, and cultivate balance and acceptance in their lives.
