Meet Kaitlyn
I am a Therapist and have been providing mental health services for 4 years in outpatient and in home settings. I see Individuals, Groups, Families and I address ADHD, Adjustment disorder, Anger management, Anxiety, Depression, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Grief, Post-traumatic stress. I've been working in community mental health for the last four years. I've worked with many different diagnosis' (DMDD, ADHD, GAD, MDD) as well adjustment disorders. I utilize a person-centered therapy approach, but have understanding and knowledge of CBT, motivational interviewing and solution-focused therapy. I enjoy helping children, teens and families learn tools and skills to help them become the best version of themselves.
