Meet Julie
I am a therapist with experience providing mental health services in outpatient and in-home settings. I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups, addressing a wide range of concerns including adjustment disorders, anxiety, career transitions, depression, grief, LGBTQ+ identity, relationship challenges, and social anxiety. I am EMDR trained and offer this approach to individuals experiencing trauma and other emotional challenges. Additionally, I have a special interest in working with couples. I have completed additional coursework in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and Gottman Couples Therapy I and II. In addition to my work with couples, I also assist individuals navigating grief, anxiety, depression, career stress, and relationship difficulties. My approach is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I welcome people of all races, ethnicities, religions, sexual orientations, and genders, and I am a proud LGBTQ+ ally.
