Meet Julie
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, career transitions, adjustment disorders, relationship challenges, social anxiety, and OCD. I welcome people of all races, ethnicities, religions, sexual orientations, and genders, and I am a proud LGBTQ+ ally. I am EMDR-trained and provide trauma-informed care for individuals navigating emotional challenges and life transitions. I have a special interest in treating OCD and have completed additional training to support clients using evidence-based approaches for obsessive-compulsive symptoms. I also have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and Gottman Method Levels I and II. My goal is to create a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change.
