Meet Julie
I am a Therapist and have been providing mental health services for 3 years in outpatient and in home settings. I see Individuals, Couples, Groups, Families and I address Adjustment disorder, Anxiety, Career Transitions, Depression, Grief, LGBTQ Identity, Relationship challenges, Social Anxiety Disorder. I have special training and interest in working with couples. I have taken additional coursework in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and Gottman Couples Therapy I and II. I also work with individuals who are experiencing a variety of concerns including grief, anxiety, depression, career stress, and relationship difficulties. My approach is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I welcome people of all races, ethnicities, religions, sexual orientations, and genders. I am a proud LGBTQ+ Ally.
