My primary focus is on alleviating emotional and behavioral barriers that hinder individuals from leading a fulfilling life.I am formally trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) I am also trained in Trauma Informed Care, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I have worked in Mental and Behavioral Healthcare for over 25 years.
