I help adults find peace, fulfillment, and clarity as they navigate life’s transitions and challenges. My work focuses on identifying and addressing the emotional and behavioral barriers that keep people from living meaningful, satisfying lives. I have a particular interest in supporting individuals dealing with relationship issues, post-traumatic stress, adjustment disorders, and anxiety. My approach is collaborative and goal-oriented, empowering each client to take an active role in their healing process and define the pace and depth of change they’re ready to pursue. I draw from evidence-based practices including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Trauma-Informed Care to tailor treatment to each person’s needs and goals.
