As a licensed mental health therapist, my primary goal is to create a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental space where my patients can safely explore their emotions, heal, and grow. I’m here to support individuals through life’s challenges, whether they are struggling with depression, anxiety, family conflict, chronic stress, or cultural and ethnic concerns. Therapy is an empowering process that can bring joy, clarity, connectedness, compassion, purpose, and balance. The possibilities are endless! My approach to therapy is client-centered, drawing from trauma-informed and evidence-based practices. Coming from a Latin background, I understand the importance of culture and family values in mental health. I’m passionate about offering support that truly respects and honors each individual's unique experiences. Together, my clients and I will identify goals and build the skills needed to navigate life with greater confidence and resilience.
