Meet Jessica
I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and have been providing mental health services for 1 year in outpatient and in home settings. I see Individuals, couples, families and I address alcohol use disorder, Bipolar Disorder, depression, grief/bereavement, Hyperactive Disorder (ADD/ADHD). Having worked over 17 years in an inpatient psychiatric setting I strive to support goals that both emphasize client autonomy and empower healthy individual and family dynamics. My therapeutic stance is holistic, evidenced based and goal oriented, and individualized to each client and their personal journey. I feel like authenticity and collaboration are the cornerstones of successful treatment plan.
