I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and have been providing Therapy services for over 25 years in outpatient treatment settings. I see teens, young adults, adults, and seniors and address anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, grief, LGBTQ identity, post-traumatic stress, relationship challenges, and traumatic disorders. I use Client Centered Approach along with Cognitive Behavioral, Solution-Focused and Narrative Therapy. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and a Certified Alcohol and Other Drug Counselor.
