Meet Isha
I am a Physician Assistant and have been providing Psychiatry/Addiction Medicine services for 10 years in outpatient, in home and treatment settings. I see patients 15 to 70 years of age and address addiction/substance/alcohol abuse, anxiety, depression, hyperactive disorder (ADD/ADHD), Insomnia, Bipolar disorder, PTSD and obsessive-compulsive disorder with particular interest in treating patients with substance use disorders. I seek to improve overall mental wellness which often means minimizing medications, utilizing psychotherapy techniques, and encouraging self-care and coping mechanisms. My goal is to build a unique, comprehensive treatment plan for each client that incorporates general psychiatry and addiction, holistic approaches, and mind-body-spirit connection. I encourage open communication and utilize harm reduction practices to form a safe and Supportive patient provider relationship.
