Meet Holly
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with specialized training in trauma-informed care, EMDR, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and the Gottman Method for couples counseling. I work with individuals and families navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship distress, depression, grief, adjustment issues, workplace stress, peer conflict, low self-esteem, and borderline personality disorder. My approach is integrative and evidence-based, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, somatic techniques, and solution-focused strategies. I believe that healing begins in a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and respected. I have a deep appreciation for the therapeutic relationship and love helping families move toward healthier, more connected ways of relating. Whether you are facing a specific challenge or seeking long-term growth, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion, clinical expertise, and a commitment to your well-being.
