I utilize a strength-based and mindfulness approach to counseling while firmly believing that the client is the ultimate game changer and the therapist is the guide in the process. The ability to shift and transform one's life is in the hands of the client to move past the trauma and life's challenging circumstances. Together we will explore change and understanding through the expression of play, art, music, and movement. My clinical experience has afforded me to work seamlessly with adults, children, couples, and families. I seek to work with clients who are working towards embracing and appreciating their authentic selves.
