Meet Farah
I am a licensed professional counselor with a passion for helping adults, couples, and groups navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, communication struggles, and work-life balance. I take an integrative approach to therapy, recognizing that each person and situation is unique. By drawing from a range of therapeutic methods, I tailor my approach to meet the individual needs of each client, empowering them to achieve their personal goals. I view therapy as a collaborative journey of self-discovery, self-awareness, and healing. My goal is to walk alongside clients, offering support and practical strategies to manage stress, improve communication, and build stronger interpersonal connections. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, major life transitions, or setting healthy boundaries, I create a safe and nurturing space for growth and self-exploration. With over two decades of experience in a corporate setting, I bring a unique perspective to my work. Since 2020, I have been practicing in mental health, combining my understanding of professional stressors with therapeutic expertise to help clients facing burnout, work-related stress, and career transitions. I specialize in stress management, work-life balance, burnout recovery, and effective communication, offering strategies to help clients manage these challenges in both their personal and professional lives. I work with individuals as young as 16, providing the tools and support needed to cultivate a healthier, more fulfilling life.
