Meet Erin
As a dedicated therapist, my mission is to guide individuals, adolescents, and families in gaining a deeper understanding of themselves and their unique experiences. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, childhood trauma, and occupational stress, with a special focus on working with first responders. Additionally, I have extensive experience working with forensic populations and individuals facing serious and persistent mental illness. My approach is rooted in compassion and a belief in the potential for growth at any stage of life. Trained in Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT), I incorporate this humanistic, strength-based approach to help clients of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities cultivate creativity, self-compassion, autonomy, and competence. I also focus on supporting individuals experiencing post-traumatic stress (PTSD), attachment disorders, and other trauma-related challenges. By creating a safe and supportive environment, I empower clients to explore their emotions, build resilience, and develop effective coping strategies, fostering long-term healing and personal growth.
