Meet Erin
I’m a dedicated therapist passionate about helping individuals, adolescents, and families gain insight into their experiences and navigate life’s challenges. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, mood and psychotic disorders, and occupational stress, especially among first responders. I also have extensive experience supporting forensic populations and those living with serious mental illness. I’m trained in Child-Centered Play Therapy, a humanistic, strength-based approach that fosters creativity, self-compassion, and autonomy. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients of all ages and backgrounds can build resilience, improve emotional understanding, and develop lasting coping strategies.
