I am a trained EMDR practitioner and a Star Behavioral Health provider with specialized military culture and lifestyle training. My practice focuses on addressing trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety, LGBTQ+ issues, and HIV-related concerns using a collaborative and compassionate approach. I am dedicated to creating a supportive space where clients can articulate their needs and goals, guiding them toward living more fully present and connected lives while empowering them to lead intentional and fulfilled lives on their terms.
