I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with specialized experience in mental healthcare since 2019, and over a decade of broad experience in the medical field. My healthcare journey began in physical health, where I developed a deep understanding of the intricate connection between physical and mental well-being. Over time, I recognized a significant gap in addressing the mental health needs of patients and their families, which led me to transition into mental healthcare. This shift has allowed me to provide essential support and guide individuals through their emotional and psychological challenges.
