I am a Therapist and have been providing mental health services for 11 years in outpatient and in home settings. I see Individuals, Groups and I address Adjustment disorder, Anxiety, Depression, Mood Disorder, Post-traumatic stress. As your therapist, I am here to listen and help you process what is happening in your life and help you navigate through difficult times, or situations you are faced with. I will help you in session to set goals and work towards those goals. We will work collaboratively, at your own pace. I believe that every one of my clients is capable of growth and it is my job to facilitate this process of building.
