Meet Brynn
I entered the mental health field during my master’s program, completing internships in inpatient psychiatry and substance use care. Since graduating, I’ve worked in a range of settings including eating disorder treatment, outpatient programs for co-occurring disorders, and private practice. I support individuals, couples, families, and groups, and have led therapeutic groups focused on trauma recovery, DBT and CBT skills, and PTSD support. I chose this path after working with a therapist in high school who changed my life. That experience drives me to offer meaningful, healing care to others. I still attend therapy myself because I believe in the power of the work. My specialties include treating anxiety, depression, and PTSD using EMDR, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I’ve seen firsthand how EMDR helps clients reprocess trauma and reclaim their lives. I truly believe therapy can benefit everyone.
