Meet Bill
My journey in mental health began in 2017 at a community clinic in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, where I had the privilege of working closely with adolescents. This experience ignited a profound passion for helping others become the best versions of themselves. Since then, I have expanded my practice to include both private practice and inpatient hospital settings with adults, providing me with a diverse and versatile foundation to support a wide range of clients. My therapeutic style is warm and collaborative, focused on meeting you where you are—whether you have clear goals or are still navigating your path. I primarily utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a flexible and empowering approach, while also incorporating techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing to tailor care to your unique needs. I work with adults and adolescents facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, substance use, anger, personality disorders, and codependency. My own early experiences with therapy inspired me to pursue this career, as I witnessed firsthand the transformative power of having a safe, nonjudgmental space and a supportive presence.
