Meet Barbara
Navigating life’s challenges can be difficult, and it’s common to feel stuck at times. I take a solution-focused and systemic approach to counseling, collaborating with my clients to set meaningful and achievable goals that foster progress throughout their journey. I work with individuals aged 18 and older, with a special focus on those facing relationship issues, career transitions, depression, anxiety, and grief. My treatment modalities include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Relational Therapy, Supportive Psychotherapy, and Life Coaching techniques, all aimed at helping clients reach their desired outcomes.
