Meet Asha
I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner and have been providing mental health services for 2 years in outpatient and in home settings. I see individuals, couples, families and I address anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, Hyperactive Disorder (ADD / ADHD), and mood disorders. My therapeutic stance is collaborative. To me the counseling process begins with mutual respect – meeting each person, couple, family, or other paired group where they are at , to create goals for where it is they envision themselves in their lives. My training is diverse, and I utilize family systems, solution oriented, CBT and narrative based therapies.
