Meet Arinola
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, and I’ve always felt called to help others. From a young age, I’ve been drawn to supporting those around me with empathy, compassion, and care. That passion led me to pursue a career in counseling, and I’ve now been working in the mental health field for several years. I work with adolescents, individuals, and couples navigating life transitions, grief, relationship challenges, and emotional stress. I use a blend of Person-Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to meet each client’s unique needs and support their personal growth. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to move forward. I earned my undergraduate degree from Emmanuel University in Georgia and completed my Master’s in Counseling at Regent University in Virginia. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, roller skating, and exploring creativity through art.
