I am a therapist and I have been providing mental health services for 3 years. I believe that therapy is where compassion meets empowerment. Experiencing compassion creates safety and the courage to change. Evidence based psychological tools empower clients to change years of ingrained patterns. I work with children, adolescents, families, and adults to produce lasting change. I have training in therapeutic approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Play Therapy, EMDR, and Trust Based Relational Intervention.
