Meet Andrea
I have experience in working with adolescents, teenagers, and adults who want to better understand themselves, feel more grounded, and be more present in their lives. My approach is collaborative, down-to-earth, and focused on the whole person, not just symptoms. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder through a neurodivergent-affirming approach, sports performance, life transitions, LGBTQ+ identity, and relationship concerns including breakups and loss. I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to build on your existing strengths and develop strategies that fit your individual needs, values, and goals. I’m especially passionate about helping individuals embrace a strengths-based perspective, one that encourages self-discovery and leads to a more authentic, fulfilling life. Together, we’ll work to create lasting, meaningful change in a supportive and empowering space.
