Meet Andrea
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience providing therapy services since 2008 in outpatient settings. I work with adolescents, young adults, adults, and seniors, specializing in a wide range of areas, including anxiety, ADHD, depression, mood disorders, stress management, sports performance, life transitions, LGBTQ identity, social adjustments, harmful habits, and relationship challenges such as break-ups and loss. In my practice, I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, with a particular focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Experiential Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I am passionate about teaching a strengths-based perspective that helps clients explore the different facets of their personalities, guiding them toward an authentic and healthy way of life. I believe in creating a supportive and collaborative environment where you can feel empowered to navigate your challenges and achieve meaningful change.
