I believe that healing is not a one-size-fits-all process. People are complex, and effective therapy should reflect that complexity. With years of experience in community mental health, I have provided individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges such as depression, low self-esteem, mood instability, personality disorders, and anxiety.
