I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), practicing since 2017. I hold a Master of Science in Counseling from Benedictine University, and I specialize in supporting individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, social anxiety, and stress. As a compassionate and results-driven therapist, I focus on helping you better understand your mental health and create sustainable, positive change through evidence-based interventions. I take a collaborative approach, working with you to develop a tailored treatment plan that addresses the root causes of your struggles and supports your goals for well-being.
