I use a blend of psychodynamic, relational, and skills-based therapies to support clients in navigating life stressors, difficult emotions, and relationships. I work with clients to build a therapeutic relationship rooted in warmth, compassion and trust, and I love to witness my clients connecting with themselves more deeply and attuning to their inner-knowing to create change in their lives. I believe that we all need support, and in this process I value the use of creativity and humor.
