Meet Allison
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who began working in the mental health field in 2015. My early experience was in community mental health settings, where I provided compassionate support to individuals affected by domestic violence and abuse. Since then, I’ve remained deeply committed to helping others heal, working with adults, couples, teens, and children through a collaborative, strengths-based approach. I believe that each person is the expert of their own life. My therapeutic style focuses on building a strong, trusting relationship where clients feel safe, supported, and empowered to grow. I meet people where they are, helping them uncover their inner strengths, build resilience, and move toward a more balanced, fulfilling life. My specialties include trauma, domestic abuse, LGBTQIA+ concerns, anxiety, ADHD, depression, and anger management/abuse intervention. I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches—including Brainspotting, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), Parts Work, and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)—and tailor each method to align with the specific needs and goals of the individuals I serve.
