Driven by a passion for instilling hope, self-belief, and courage in others, I approach therapy collaboratively. My nonjudgmental attitude and dedication to each individual's unique experience ensure that every client feels valued and empowered on their path to well-being. As a mental health professional, I bring diverse experience working in detox, inpatient rehabilitation, severe mental health, home visiting, and with individuals in violent, diverse, and drug-ridden communities. I utilize a variety of effective therapeutic approaches and specialize in treating patients facing challenges such as PTSD, addiction, anxiety, mood disorders, LGBTQ identity, body dysmorphic disorder, narcissistic and antisocial personality disorders, domestic abuse, and schizoaffective disorder.
