I have experience working with adolescents and adults in various counseling settings, including individual, group, and family sessions. My work addresses a wide range of issues, such as personal, behavioral, emotional, relational, and family difficulties. I support clients facing histories of addiction, crisis intervention, life stressors, and trauma. As a clinician, I believe in the importance of processing and development to help individuals, groups, and families achieve their personal, career, and independent living goals. The counseling process aims to assist people in finding meaningful and productive ways to understand and address their innermost problems or concerns. I specialize in treating individuals struggling with post-traumatic stress, attachment disorders, domestic abuse, and career transitions, as well as addiction and substance use, including alcohol and opioid use disorders.
