Ravi N. Shah, MD, MBA is an adult board-certified psychiatrist in active clinical practice. Prior to joining Geode Health, he served as Chief Innovation Officer and Medical Director of the Faculty Practice at Columbia University’s Department of Psychiatry. Dr. Shah has extensive experience in digital mental health, having worked with several venture-capital backed mental health startups. Ravi completed his combined MD and MBA from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and The Wharton School and his adult psychiatry residency at Columbia University, serving as chief resident in his final year.

Dr. Fava holds a number of distinguished titles, including Psychiatrist-in-Chief at the Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH), Director of the Division of Clinical Research at the MGH Research Institute, Executive Director of the MGH Clinical Trials Network and Institute, and Associate Dean for clinical and translational research and the Slater Family Professor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Fava brings a wealth of experience as one of the foremost leaders in mental health care in America today.

Dr Cullenis a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in the treatment of children, adolescents and adults and is a Dialectical Behavior Therapy-Linehan (C) Board-CBoard of Certification, Certified Clinician.

Dr. Cullen is the Executive Director and Chief Quality Officer of the Psychiatry Faculty Practice Organization at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. She is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in the treatment of children, adolescents and adults and a Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)-Linehan Board of Certification, Certified Clinician (™). Dr. Cullen is also an Associate Professor of Medical Psychology (in Psychology) at Columbia University Irving Medical Center.

Dr. Berkowitz is a double board certified psychiatrist (general psychiatry and consultation-liaison pyschiatry) with 23 years of experience providing psychiatric care in both outpatient and inpatient settings. He treats adult patients to address a number of psychiatric conditions including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD and OCD. His areas of interest include the treatment of mood disorders (depression and bipolar disorder), treatment resistant depression, and psychiatric issues associated with other medical conditions.

Dr. Shah is a Psychiatrist and has been providing mental health services for 13 years in outpatient and in-home settings. He treats individuals, families and addresses anxiety, depression, hyperactive disorder (ADD / ADHD), obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), and social anxiety disorder.

Dr. Shah is Board Certified in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry and in Adult Psychiatry. His philosophy is simple: know your patients, understand where they are coming from, and look at the situation in the context of the surroundings. This means he will take time to get to know you and your family and work together to form a treatment plan. Every decision must be an educated and informed decision and Dr. Shah will guide you through the process.

Gaurav is driven every day to help people across the country better deal with their mental health challenges. He believes that fostering a patient and provider-centric culture will ultimately lead to better care delivery and clinical outcomes.

Gaurav has extensive experience in multisite health care operations and leadership, having served as CEO of Elite Dental Partners, Division Vice President at DaVita, and a management consultant with Bain & Company.

Mike is passionate about creating operational excellence and efficiency that can deliver life changing care to patients.

Prior to founding Geode Health, Mike was General Manager at Cityblock Health, where he led the New York market through a period of exceptional growth, with a focus on patient outcomes and provider support. Prior to Cityblock, Mike was COO of a Bain Capital backed wellness company and Division Vice President at DaVita.

Michael is passionate about partnering with physicians and caregivers to offer high-quality, cost-effective care to patients as well as exciting growth opportunities to providers.

Prior to Geode, Michael served as Chief Growth Officer of Southern Veterinary Partners, helping it become the 6th largest owner of veterinary hospitals with $90+ million in EBITDA. He also worked at United Surgical Partners as Head of Strategy and SVP of Development, and as an investment banker with RBC Capital Markets and JP Morgan.

Aaron is passionate about the expansion of in-network high quality behavioral health and that intersection of quality and cost in healthcare.

Aaron has 25+ years in healthcare and value based contracting including being the Executive Director at University Physicians Network, one of the most successful IPAs in New York City, 12+ years in health plan network management, and building the Advisory Group service line at the Marwood Group – evaluating 500+ unique health care investments.

Clint leverages his business and legal expertise to enable providers to deliver high-quality, affordable healthcare.

Before joining Geode, Clint served as Chief Legal Officer for Spero Health, a leading provider of outpatient substance use disorder treatments. Prior to Spero, he served as the head M&A counsel for Envision Healthcare, where he executed a robust physician organization and healthcare facility acquisition initiative. Earlier in his career, he served as General Counsel for the Ambulatory Surgery Division of AmSurg.
