EVIDENCE-BASED TREATMENT FOR COMPLEX CHALLENGES
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Are you or a patient in need of more comprehensive support than traditional weekly therapy can provide? At Geode Health, our Intensive Outpatient Mental Health Program (IOP) is designed to provide a higher level of care in a supportive, structured environment. We are dedicated to helping individuals navigate complex mental health challenges through evidence-based practices and compassionate, personalized care.
What is an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)?
Geode Health’s IOP is an in-person therapeutic and educational program specifically designed to support patients who require more than traditional outpatient care.
The goal is to provide a structured path toward healing and growth, delivering measurable and effective outcomes for those needing extra support to navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, or mood disorders.
THE PROGRAM EXPERIENCE
For Patients: What to Expect
Participating in our IOP offers a structured experience to help you reach your mental health goals with a multidisciplinary team. Patients participate in multiple in-person group therapy sessions each day.

- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT): To build skills for emotional regulation and mindfulness.
- Psychoeducation: To understand the connection between mental health and behavior.
- Process Groups: To foster community and shared healing.
- Experiential therapies: Including art, music, and yoga for holistic wellness.
