My focus is on helping individuals navigate emotional challenges with clarity, support, and practical tools for growth. I provide a compassionate, structured approach to care, drawing from experience across inpatient, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, and outpatient settings. I believe meaningful change happens when clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to build insight and resilience. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, mood disorders, and stress-related concerns. My approach is evidence-based and collaborative, with a strong emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify unhelpful patterns, develop effective coping strategies, and improve emotional regulation. Together, we work toward greater balance, stability, and overall well-being.
