Meet Victoria
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience supporting individuals across the lifespan in both clinical and community settings. I began my career in mental healthcare in 2014, working in crisis intervention and hospital-based behavioral health units, and later expanded into school social work and community outreach. My passion for creating equitable, culturally responsive care for underserved populations initially drew me to the mental health field. I specialize in treating patients as young as age five who are dealing with anxiety, depression, behavior disorders, relationship issues, trauma, and substance use. I have extensive experience with crisis counseling, risk assessment, and group therapy. My approach integrates evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and strengths-based practices, all through a trauma-informed and culturally responsive lens. I am certified in Inclusive Leadership, a certified LCSW supervisor, and am CPR and BLS certified. Above all, I strive to create a collaborative, affirming therapeutic space where clients feel empowered to heal and grow.
