My focus is to give clients a safe, welcoming space where they can come exactly as they are and feel supported in their journey toward healing. My passion for mental health began through early experiences walking alongside others in their emotional struggles and grew as I worked with individuals across diverse backgrounds and life stages. I have a genuine interest in supporting people of all ages, from children to adults, and I approach each person with warmth, compassion, and respect. I draw from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and person-centered approaches. My goal is to foster a collaborative relationship where we work together to identify goals, build resilience, and create lasting change.
